Open studio festival weekend

Support the vibrant arts scene in East Vancouver! Each November, the Eastside Arts Society [EAS] has produced the Eastside Culture Crawl Visual Arts, Design & Craft Festival, in which artists in Vancouver’s Eastside open their studios to the public. The event is focused on the area bounded by Columbia St., 2nd Ave., Victoria Dr., and the Waterfront, and involves painters, jewellers, sculptors, furniture makers, weavers, potters, printmakers, photographers, glassblowers— ranging from emerging artists to those internationally established.

Visit our very own Alternatives Gallery & Studio in-person this year! More details here: https://culturecrawl.ca/buildings/1659-venables-st

Artists will be opening their studios for two weekends this year, in-person or online, or a combination of both. All in-person visits will be operated under current public health guidelines (proof of vaccination required). Studios may also be open online for 360 studio tours, live streaming, or live chat through our website during both weekends. You can search by platform (virtual or in-person) or search by artists/medium/building here to find out who is participating via which platforms and when. For more information about the Crawl, please visit: Eastside Culture Crawl – A Visual Arts, Design, & Crafts Festival
