HOME LIVING
We offer three support options across Metro Vancouver.
- Shared Living: a family, couple, or roommate enters into a caregiving contract with us, providing support to an adult living with them.
- Supported Living Network: a community support worker assists people with maintaining their independence at home and in the community.
- Staffed Homes with Roommates: community housing teams provide up to 24-hour care for people needing specialized support.

Shared Living
Shared Living pairs adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities with a caregiver/family who provide support in a shared home environment. Living arrangements are flexible and based on individual needs, such as:
- living with the caregiver’s family;
- sharing a home as roommates;
- having a separate suite within the home.
This personalized model fosters close relationships and adapts to evolving needs, offering the right balance of support and independence.
Interested in Becoming a Shared Living Provider?
We seek experienced caregivers with skills in supporting adults with an intellectual/developmental disability, mental health, or aging-related needs. The application process is thorough and based on the best match for both parties.
