October is Community Inclusion Month in BC. Each year, posAbilities’ INCLUSION Art Show takes place during this month to celebrate the contributions of people with developmental disabilities and use art to bring people together. This year, posAbilities and Christ Church Cathedral have partnered to co-present the show, which takes place online at InclusionArtShow.com.

INCLUSION is BC’s largest disability art show, with more than 100 participating artists working independently or in studios hosted by Community Living organizations. It typically takes place at Heritage Hall in Vancouver, but has moved online due to the pandemic. This year, we’re excited to feature selected artworks at the Cathedral. A selection of pieces from the show are currently on display in the windows of the Park Room until October 31. We invite you to walk along the exterior walkway and enjoy the window display safely from outdoors. Christ Church Cathedral is the oldest surviving building in downtown Vancouver. Community art projects have and continue to feature at the Cathedral for visitors to enjoy.
